As Senior Vice President of Sales at OutboundEngine, Scott mentored in-office and remote teams to increase revenue by 650+%. The company moved from #136 to #95 on the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies list during his tenure.
In his time as VP Sales at Main Street Hub, Scott built sales offices in Austin, SF, NYC and LA, and was responsible for every aspect of the sales organization. He grew the team from 2 to 200, and they were named to the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies list in 2014 and 2015. Main Street Hub was acquired in 2018 by GoDaddy for $175 million.
Early in Leese's career, he was a key sales leader at Reply! Inc. [now OnePlanetOps] While with Reply, he was an Employee of the Year winner and Manager of the Year finalist.

Glenn is an expert in sales strategy, pitch and process development, product/market evaluation, pitch scripting, and business effectiveness. As a business consultant, Glenn has helped dozens of companies scale and thrive.
Known in the industry and by his colleagues to be a hands-on, lead-from-the-front sales mentor, Glenn takes a holistic view of his sales approach and knows that educating and developing people has been key to his success.
Glenn has also become a talented trainer, developing programs that go beyond ‘what to do’ and ‘how to do it,’ and bring attention to ‘why it’s important to you’. Glenn is a believer that the best sales processes being with a focus on the individual.
Throughout his career, Glenn has been a strong and affable leader, teacher, and mentor. He worked to build the go-to-market strategies for Covered 6 Academy and Rethink CRM. Glenn cut his teeth at Main Street Hub (now GoDaddy) and Concierge Auctions.
While at Qualia, Glenn served as the Senior Manager, Industry Relations Team; Senior Real Estate Sales Manager; and Senior Platform Sales Manager. He built out multiple revenue channels from the ground up. In December 2020, Qualia raised a $65 Million Series D and is currently valued at >$1 billion.
